5 things to look for before sending your artwork to production:
Check whether objects are editable
If the entire design selects as one flat image, it may only be a picture placed inside a PDF.
Look closely at thin lines and small gaps
Fine details may disappear, fill in or break during printing, engraving or embroidery.
Check the text and fonts
Missing fonts or text that has not been converted to curves can change when another company opens the file.
Confirm the required file format
A JPG or PNG cannot become a true SVG, EPS or vector PDF simply by changing its filename.

“Can You Use This PNG or JPG?”
Sometimes—but not for every production method. PNG and JPG files are pixel-based and do not become editable vector artwork by changing the filename.
“Why Does My Logo Look Blurry?”
The file may be too small or may contain only pixels instead of clean vector paths that stay sharp when enlarged.
“What File Type Do You Need?”
It depends on what is being produced. SVG, EPS or a true vector PDF is usually the safest master artwork; confirm the producer’s exact requirements.
“Can You Make This Print-Ready?”
Usually, yes. The artwork may need manual rebuilding, converted text, simplified detail, thicker lines or production-specific preparation.
